I'm very sad to hear of Missy Wanda's passing.(it's what I've called her since I was a baby). She always had a beautiful smile, hug and loving spirit for me. I thank God for letting her be such a profound example of what love is! He certainly answered my prayers the last visit she & I had together. I kissed her lovely face, looked her in the eyes & said " thank you for loving me for who I am unconditionally!". I'll never forget you, Missy Wanda, I love you for who you are too! My angel.

When I first met LaWanda at McGehee High School, I thought she was one of the prettiest girls I'd ever seen. We would stand at our lockers and converse. And later, had lots of fun at bunkin' parties, etc. The wonderful thing about her was her beauty on the inside, too. She always made one feel good about one's self. I'm so sorry that she left us so soon.

Tommy and family, LaWanda was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. We will miss her! One thing is for certain, she knew our Lord, and she loved Him.
